Wagon Industrial warned that underlying profits in the year to March would be "a little below expectations" of about pounds 28.3m. The company blamed lack of buoyancy in demands and the effect of integrating acquisitions. Wagon Industrial said that demand levels were a little weaker than previously experienced in the UK and in Europe and pressures on margins remained.
