Child claim denied

Roy and Isobel Danns, from Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, who had a child eight years after Mr Danns had a vasectomy, lost a High Court damages claim in which they accused the Department of Health of failing to tell people about the risk of the operation spontaneously reversing itself.
