Death threat

A SERB group calling itself the Black Hand has threatened attacks against German businessman and diplomats in Yugoslavia. Germany was vilified by hard-line Serbs during the conflicts in Bosnia and Croatia, partly because Germany's was the first government to recognise Croatia's independence from Serbia-dominated Yugoslavia in the early 1990s. - AP, Bonn
