Record numbers of pupils are cheating in exams or being helped by their teachers. The opportunities have burgeoned with mobile phones, and teachers are anxious to preserve their school's ranking in the league tables. We can only be thankful that so many cheats are being caught - and penalised for their offences. If docking marks doesn't stop the epidemic, nothing will.
