Public Services Management Update: A good Reed

Nalgo has signed an agreement with the Reed Care employment agency covering social workers. As a result agency 'temps' will be advised not to cross picket lines, the agency will not replace striking workers, and the union will encourage recognition of Reed as a provider of specialist care services.
