Some local authorities are refusing to supply the information necessary for potential contractors to comply with the transfer of undertakings (TUPE) regulations, says the Cleaning and Support Services Association. Unless all councils co-operate with the provision of full staff details the CSSA will ask the Government to take enforcement action.
