An attempt to increase the number of full voting members of the World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association will be made at an extraordinary general meeting on 4 March. Only players who have been in the leading 40 in the last two years are allowed to vote on important issues but Rex Williams, chairman of the WPBSA, wants that extended to the world's top 64.
