The number of sets of toilet-seat heaters mistaken for a bomb at the headquarters of the Organising Committee for the Nagano Olympics. X-rays showed a suspicious package to consist of what appeared to be a radio- like apparatus containing wires. Inspection revealed the seat-warmers plus gloves and hand warmers for the volunteers.
