The university league tables we publish today are an attempt to give our readers easily-digestible information about the rankings of institutions in the UK. We are delighted to have formed an association with www.thecompleteuniversityguide.co.uk for this purpose.

In its report this month the Higher Education Funding Council criticised aspects of newspaper league tables. We hope that ours deal with some, if not all, the criticisms. The methodology is transparent and we include small institutions in the subject tables. On the Good University Guide website you can create your own rankings according to the criteria that matter most to you.
