Flocks of pigeons were suffering from hangovers after eating alcohol- soaked grain placed in the high street in Maidstone, Kent. Locals watching the Remembrance Day parade contacted the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals after seeing the birds staggering around the town centre.
