Guard in court after store blaze

A security guard appeared in court yesterday on a charge of killing firefighter Fleur Lombard and deliberately starting the supermarket blaze in which she died. Martin Cody, 20, of Knowle, Bristol, was charged with the manslaughter of Miss Lombard, 21, who died in the blaze in Bristol last week. He was remanded in custody.
