`Harmless' bug kills mother, twins
A WOMAN and her unborn twins have been killed by streptococcus pyogenes, which usually only causes throat infections. Gillian Mulvana, 38, from Hull, died four days after falling ill. The twins, almost full term, died before her and were removed by Caesarean section.
