RWANDA'S HUTU Prime Minister Pierre-Celestin Rwigema has asked that his party be forgiven for its role in the 1994 genocide. Mr Rwigema wanted his Republican Democratic Movement to be forgiven "for the divisive ideology of some of its leaders who ... led the massacres".
