CATHERINE AND Peter Murphy, whose 11-month-old daughter, Charmaine, died from meningitis hours after doctors at Durham's Dryburn hospital said she had an ear infection, have demanded an inquiry. Health officials said they were satisfied with the action taken by the hospital.
