Norman Lamont, the former Chancellor, watching the horses parade before the Derby at Epsom yesterday. On the 40th anniversary of the Queen's Coronation, her horse Enharmonic won the Diomed Stakes. The pounds 750,000 Ever Ready Derby was won by Commander In Chief.
