LONDON TRANSPORT is to seek a High Court injunction today to outlaw planned strikes on the Underground over the new year, it was announced yesterday. The company has served a writ on the Rail Maritime and Transport union, which has called its 7,000 Tube members out for two 24-hour strikes starting at 11am on New Year's Eve and from 7pm on 3 January in a row over job security.
