GREG DYKE, chief executive of LWT, is smarting at the way his letter to the Sunday Times, criticising its attack on the Independent Television Commission, was cut. The letter as printed omitted his view that the Murdoch organisation is 'deeply unhappy that the ITC is beginning to flex its regulatory muscles over BSkyB's output. A cynic might say that article was simply (an) attempt to destabilise the regulator'.
