THE Advertising Standards Authority has upheld complaints from groups representing disabled people over a poster campaign and a Daily Mail advertisement for Maurice Cerullo's 'healing' crusade last summer. The authority ruled that the advertising campaign 'was targeted on the disabled in a way which had clearly caused distress'. Mr Cerullo is planning to begin a 'televangelism' service on the Astra satellite before the end of the year.
