Millennium parking angst

VISITORS TO the Millennium Dome may have to park their cars 20 miles away. Hundreds of spaces will be made available at Kempton Park racecourse in Sunbury, and at Wembley Stadium. The rest of the journey will have to completed by public transport. The precise contents of the dome will be kept secret until it opens at midnight on 31 December l999. Peter Mandelson, minister in charge, said he wanted to maintain "an element of surprise for visitors".
