Missing children found dead

The bodies of two eight-year-old girls who went missing during a family picnic were found last night.

The children, who were not named, were near the River Wharfe, Otley, West Yorkshire when they were last seen.

Divers, dog handlers and a helicopter were called to the scene with the children's families, from Burley, Leeds, and their bodies were found three hours later.
