Moloney wins judicial review

ED MOLONEY, journalist with the Dublin Sunday Tribune, yesterday won a judicial review of a judge's decision to force him to hand over his notes of an interview with William Stobie, a loyalist accused of the 1989 murder of the Belfast solicitor Pat Finucane. The hearing is set for next Thursday.
