Police have launched a murder inquiry after a fire in a block of flats in Southwark, south-east London, which killed a mother and four of her children.

Judy Newell, 25, her six-year-old daughter Cassandra, and sons Nathan, seven, Courtenay, three, and 23-month-old Curtis all died in the fire. Detectives arrested a man who was later released on police bail.
