An inquest into the death of a student at Oxford University was adjourned for further inquiries. Rachel Steer, 18, was found dead in her bed at St Hilda's College on Monday.

A post-mortem failed to establish the cause of death, leading to suggestions that she fell victim to an adult form of cot death.
