The political line up of forces in the Welsh Devolution battle was completed at the weekend when a meeting of Plaid Cymru's ruling national council at Aberystwyth voted overwhelmingly to press for a "yes" vote in the 18 September referendum, writes Tony Heath.

The 10,000-plus party members are being urged to work with the "Yes for Wales" campaign. And the party's four MPs are expected to take a lead.
