Nursing care ruling `too costly'

A HIGH Court ruling on long-term health care will cost the Government "hundreds of millions" of pounds if it is not overturned, the Court of Appeal was told. James Goudie QC, for North and East Devon Health Authority, was challenging the ruling that the NHS must provide long-term general nursing care. The hearing continues.
