Illegal firearm charges against the British mercenary leader, Tim Spicer, who led an aborted mission to Papua New Guinea last month, have been dropped, a prosecution official said yesterday.
"On the advice of the public prosecutor the charges were dropped," Chief of Police Prosecution Wee Kati told journalists.
