Miss Judith Mary Philomena Daley, to be a circuit judge on the Northern Circuit, initially sitting on the Wales and Chester Circuit.

Mr John Malcolm Geddes, to be a joint district judge for the districts of Burnley, Blackburn, Accrington, Nelson and Rawtenstall County Courts and in the District Registry of the High Court at Burnley and Blackburn.

Air Vice-Marshal Peter Harding, to be Defence Services Secretary.

Ms Julia Lomas, to be Chief Executive Designate of the Public Trust Office.
