Mr Richard Stuart Alistair Benson, to be a Circuit Judge, assigned to the Midland and Oxford Circuit.

Mr John Anthony Moncaster, to be a Master of the Supreme Court, Chancery Division.

Sir John Weston, to be the UK Representative on the North Atlantic Council at Brussels, and the UK Representative on the Permanent Council of Western European Union and hold the personal rank of Ambassador.
