While most the action at the BET awards happened on stage (or in the case of a certain Mr Diddy, somewhere between the stage and the floor) Rihanna got plenty of attention without even leaving her seat.

The singer was sat next to boxer Floyd Mayweather during the ceremony, and after a commercial break Rihanna got some 50 Shades inspo and wrapped some duct tape around Mayweather’s face.

Why? Well why not.

Later, she threw a stack of money at BET’s President of Programming Stephen Hill, hitting him in the face, but this was all part of the promo she was doing for her current single, "B***h Better Have My Money".

Rihanna showed a teaser clip of the video, which is released this Thursday on Vevo, raising a few eyebrows given her heavy involvement in Jay-Z’s platform Tidal.
