The following appointments have been announced by the Church of England:

TheRev Roy Clements, Bishop's Chaplain and Press & Broadcasting Officer for Wakefield Diocese: to be also an Honorary Canon of Wakefield

The Rev Brian Maguire, Vicar of Huddersfield St Peter with Paddock All Saints: to be also an Honorary Canon of Wakefield Cathedral.

The Rev David Martineau, Vicar, Gildersome (Wakefield): to be also an Honorary Canon of Wakefield Cathedral.

Canon Stuart Morris, Vicar, Bungay Holy Trinity with St Mary and Rural Dean of Beccles and South Elmham: be be Priest-in-charge, Hadleigh with Layham and Shelley and Rural Dean of Hadleigh (St Edmundsbury & Ipswich).

RESIGNATIONS and RETIREMENTS

Canon Frank Pearce, Rector, St Peter & St Paul, Kettering (Peterborough): to resign as from 1 November.
