Grace Jones claims she couldn't find Lady Gaga's soul during first meeting
The singer also claimed that Gaga had been copying her choice in headgear

Having already dismissed modern female singers as “middle of the road”, veteran entertainer Grace Jones now offers a spiritual critique of Lady Gaga.
Recalling meeting the flamboyant performer, Jones - who herself became famous for wearing outlandish outfits - says: “Gaga came to me, and I just could not find a soul. I come from church, maybe that has something to do with it. I like to get to the soul of a person. I just didn’t feel a soul.”
Souls aside, it seems Grace’s verdict wasn’t helped by the sight of Gaga’s familiar-looking headgear during one subsequent encounter. Designed by renowned Irish milliner Philip Treacy, the Jamaican singer claims the hat was overly similar to one he’d already made for her. “Then we met three times after through Treacy, and boy, I got so angry,” she adds.
“I know Philip needed to make some money, but you know what, can you just wait until I finish my tour before you repeat what we are working on?”
