The star announced the birth of her daughter on Friday via Twitter.
The 29-year-old tweeted: "I am delighted to tell you that our daughter Belle Elizabeth was born today! Overwhelmed with happiness. We can't wait to get to know her!"
Piper gave birth to her 7lb 1oz baby girl by Caesarean section. She told Hello! magazine she and her partner of two years, James, were "overwhelmed with happiness".
"I literally can't stop looking at her, she's just beautiful," she said.
Piper was attacked with acid in 2008 and her recovery has been the subject of the documentary Katie: My Beautiful Face, which aired in 2009.
She has undergone more than 100 operations since her ex-boyfriend arranged the brutal attack.
She has since launched a successful career as a television presenter and author, as well as running The Katie Piper Foundation. The charity aims to improve outcomes for burns survivors, helps with rehabilitation and provides a number of other support services.
