Kim Kardashian to publish 352 page book of selfies in lieu of actual words
Elephant previously attacked reality star for trying to take a selfie with it
Kim Kardashian is to put out a hardback book called Selfish that will consist of "throwback" selfies, "current ultra-sexy glam shots" and pictures of her "ass in the mirror".
Kardashian is something of an expert at selling unedifying bilge, with her reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians now in its ninth season and her iPhone game 'Hollywood' still in the iOS gaming chart Top 10, and this latest product is set to sell through renowned art bookseller Rizzoli in April priced at $19.95.
"A trailblazer of the selfie movement," according to her biography on the publisher's website, Kim decided to create the book after giving husband Kanye West a "sexy" Polaroid photo album for Valentine's Day.
"It ended up turning out so cool that we come up with this idea to do a book, a selfie book," she said on Keeping Up With The Kardashians recently.
She also revealed how she was inspired not by Homer's Odyssey or the interminable loop of infinite regression, but bum selfies.
"I’m going to make some [selfies] super-racy. I mean every girl takes full pictures of their a** in the mirror…I might share some of them," she added.
Prospective buyers can look forward to glossy prints of such memorable Instagram pictures as sleeping Kanye, bathroom sink mirror and attacked by an elephant.
