Geoffrey Imeson, journalist, died Brixham, Devon, 21 September, aged 89. Chief sub-editor at Reuters 1937-42, covering the Blitz and the German invasion of the Soviet Union. Deputy News Editor in the post-war years and editor of the Associated Press in Pakistan 1959-61.
