MAY I correct two errors in the obituary of Joan Harrison (by David Shipman, 26 August)? writes Edwin Hurford.

The producer of Foreign Correspondent was Walter Wanger, not Wagner, and the Dutch statesman was played by Albert Basserman, not Fritz Kortner. Joan Harrison also produced another Robert Montgomery film, Ride the Pink Horse, in 1947.
