Richard Luff, City Surveyor to the Corporation of London 1975-84, died 28 September, aged 66. President of the RICS 1982-83; Director of Property, British Telecom, 1984- 87; Master, Surveyors' Company 1985-86; and deputy chairman, London Regional Transport Property Board 1987-93.
