Eleanor Glynn, 21, is a former Miss England who took part in last year's Miss World competition in Poland. Now she is set to star alongside the Bollywood actor Mimoh Chakraborty in Aditya Raj Kapoor's film 'India Rocks', which will be filmed in both Mumbai and London.

If I weren't talking to you right now I'd be...

Practising my music, or writing.

A phrase I use far too often...

"Yes of course I can do that for you". I help people out way too much.

I wish people would take more notice of...

What I have to say because sometimes I think that people do not take 21-year-olds and what they have to say seriously. They think that they do not have a lot of experience in life, but in this day and age young people have a lot of stresses.

The most surprising thing that happened to me was...

Well, there have been lots of surprising things. I don't want to state the obvious about winning Miss England but that was surprising. The offer of a Bollywood film was probably the least expected. It is very interesting.

A common misperception of me is...

That people think I am really quiet but I am not.

I am not a politician but...

I think it is important to campaign for real curves because of my own experiences with model agencies. Girls should not have to be skinny.

I am good at...

Performing in public.

I'm very bad at...

Saying goodbye because I find that I gain something from every person I meet.

The ideal night out is...

With my friends. Possibly going out to a nice cocktail bar, having some food, and maybe a film. But then it could be the total opposite like going out with my band, doing a gig, and having some drinks afterwards.

In moments of weakness I...

Go for a swim or for a run. Being outside and having time alone is the best way to re-energise.

In a truer life I would have been...

Doing broadcast journalism. That is what I always wanted to do. It was my plan when I was doing my A-levels and what I wanted to do at university.

The best age to be is...

Both 18 and 19 were good ages. I had not a care in the world.

In a nutshell, my philosophy is this...

I have lots. Don't judge a book by its cover because there is a lot more to a person than meets the eye.
