Photographers scrambled to get a shot of Robert Mugabe, the 90-year-old President of Zimbabwe, careening down a flight of stairs as he returned to his home country from a trip to Ethiopia.

According to the Alternative Press, he was so embarrassed by the incident, his beefed up security ordered those present to delete the evidence.

But his guards couldn’t silence the eagle-eyed observers on Twitter, who have since snapped Mugabe stumbling into a variety of unusual circumstances.

Including onto the set of Beyoncé’s “Single Ladies”, for example. Getting down on the dancefloor in an undisclosed discotequé location. And challenging Harry Potter to a game of Quidditch:

The President’s impressive tour of the sports and entertainment world comes ahead of his 91st birthday this month and no doubt lends credence to his recent appointment as the chair of the 54-nation African Union.

Representatives for Beyoncé and Daniel Radcliffe are yet to comment on the surprise visit.
