The Duke of Edinburgh, Patron, attends a Reception in support of the Cambridge Foundation, at St James's Palace, London SW1. The Prince of Wales, President, Business in the Community, attends presentations by business leaders who have taken part in 'Seeing is Believing' visits at a reception in St James's Palace, London SW1; and as Patron, opens the Thames Water Millharbour Laboratory, London E14. The Princess of Wales, Patron, Headway National Head Injuries Association, attends a lunch hosted by the American Chamber of Commerce (UK) at the London Hilton Hotel, London W1. The Princess Royal opens the new School of Radiography, Charterhouse College, London EC1; President, The Missions to Seamen, attends a Carol Concert at Merchant Taylors' Hall, London EC2. Princess Margaret, attends the Eve-of- Council Celebrations for the Meeting of European Heads of Government, at the Usher Hall, Edinburgh. The Duke of Kent, Vice- Chairman of the British Overseas Trade Board, visits Otter Controls Limited and Dorothea Limited, Buxton, Derbyshire; and as Grand Master of the United Grand Lodge of England, attends a reception and dinner in Preston. Prince Michael of Kent, Patron of the Springfield Boys' Club, attends their annual prize giving at Big Hill, London E5.
