Shia La Beouf has followed one of the biggest conventions in society and married his long-term girlfriend, Mia Goth.

But the wedding itself was as unconventional as you might expect from the actor, performance artist and noted motivational speaker.

The star of American Honey, 30, and his British former Nymphomaniacs co-star tied the knot at Viva Las Vegas, where couples are offered the choice between “Las Vegas romantic and tastefully traditional”, or a “unique, fantasy- themed ceremony”.

Elvis-themed packages cost as little as $260.

Goth was driven to the chapel in a pink Cadillac by a driver dressed as Elvis, who also officiated the ceremony.

When asked by TMZ why the couple chose Vegas, Goth, 23, said: “Because it’s the perfect story for us.” She said they had not decided where to go on their honeymoon.
