Pistol man fined

A 19-year-old man who fired a starting pistol outside the Prime Minister's home at Great Stukeley, in his Huntingdon constituency, was fined pounds 250 by Huntingdon magistrates. Robert Gipters, of Alconbury, near Huntingdon, pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour.
