pounds 55,000 for scarred crash victim

AN ASIAN car accident victim who claimed his injuries have reduced his chances of an arranged marriage was yesterday awarded pounds 55,000 in an out-of-court settlement. Mamun Hussain Khan, 20, a student from Walsall, West Midlands, suffered serious leg injuries in the crash in 1996.
