A HOMELESS 38-year-old man was found frozen to death yesterday in Poland, the fifth victim of a cold wave this month.

The body was found in the refuse area of an apartment building in the coastal town of Swinoujscie, near the German border, police said.

Four other people have been found frozen to death in central and southern Poland over the past few days. AP
