THERE LOOKS likely to be little relief for Toronto, already suffering the snowiest month this century, after forecasters predicted another snowstorm will hit the city today.
It is expected to bring up to 4in of snow, adding to the 8inthat blanketed the Canadian city yesterday. In the first 12 days of 1999, Toronto had already received two-thirds of the snow that fell all last year, prompting the mayor to declare an emergency.
