Rain or Shine...

A MEETING between Zapatista guerrillas from Mexico's troubled state of Chiapas and civilian representatives began behind schedule due to rain.

The Zapatistas were due to have emerged on Friday night from the jungle. But the inauguration of the meeting, the second of its type since November, was postponed until Saturday evening, "due to organisational problems and adverse climatic conditions", according to reports.
