Kigali - Rwanda's vice-president yesterday accused Kenya's President Daniel arap Moi of harbouring suspects of genocide and doing nothing to end his own country's ethnic problems. Major-General Paul Kagame's comments were the strongest reaction yet to Mr Moi's announcement last week that Kenya would not assist a tribunal investigating last year's genocide in Rwanda.
