KING FAHD of Saudi Arabia returned to hospital in Riyadh last night, his fourth time in hospital this year. Two weeks ago he went home after having his gall bladder removed. The king, who is in his mid-seventies, suffered a stroke in 1995 that damaged his short-term memory and his concentration.
