Short's pounds 20m Uganda aid

Clare Short said yesterday that Britain would provide pounds 20m to help the Ugandan government introduce free and universal primary education. Ms Short, the Secretary of State for International Development, is making a visit to Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda, her first official visit to Africa.
