An "obnoxious and loud-mouthed" train passenger who bit off a fellow commuter's ear after he was asked to stop smoking in a non-smoking carriage was jailed for three years yesterday.
Snaresbrook Crown Court was told Peter Corti, 27, Basildon, Essex, carried out the attack after consuming a "lethal combination of drink and drugs". His victim.
