Writs will be served on the Defence Ministry in London on behalf of eight former soldiers seeking at least pounds 100,000 each after claims of bullying, beatings and sexual abuse.
The eight are suing for compensation, complaining they have suffered physical and psychological problems. The allegations date back to the early 1990s, with most concerning the Royal Welch Fusiliers' training camp in Staffordshire.
